Customer Testimonials

Pam has always been a determined entrepreneur who has galvanised projects with her energy and sense of opportunity ……she possesses the professional skills of someone who has honed their career on major blue chip business yet she is not reliant on process and systems. Pam can achieve great things starting from a blank sheet of paper.

Building brand equity is important to Pam, but delivering overall business results is critical. In my opinion, this attitude is what makes Pam so valuable to any organisation and management team.

She was quickly able to understand the values and proposition for my new interim management business venture and, in extremely tight timescales and with her excellent connections, project manage the creation and delivery of a new logo, strap line, web site, headed notepaper and a whole lot more. I had prior knowledge of Pam’s abilities through other projects we had worked on together and chose her because I knew if anyone could make it happen, she could – and I was not disappointed.

Pam helped us define, launch and establish a Youth brand in the UK market. Her experience, knowledge, network and insights were critical to the successful of our venture.

A no nonsense and skilful approach to marketing. Pam and her team of specialists get the job done, do it well and are very responsive. Her well thought through business model keeps costs reasonable at the same time. It’s always a pleasure to work with Pam.

I have been working with Pam for about fifteen years on various projects and have always been very impressed by her knowledge of marketing and the fact that she is always prepared to deliver 100%. In knowing a number of her clients, I also know that they are of the same opinion.

From Our Website

The Caspia team offers strong strategic and change-management ability as well as true through the line marketing implementation experience. Advising across all elements of the mix, we are a one-stop shop. Services include creative development and media planning and buying - TV, press, outdoor, radio, direct marketing and other media. Which means we can help with across the board marketing advice. Resolutions are looking very different this year So here we are in January 2021. It is January, isn't it?

Pam started out as TV and press negotiator, buying advertising space for ad agency Leo Burnett's clients. Later she moved into account management and became Regional Director EMEA on Fruit of the Loom Clothing, Tropicana Juices, The Coca Cola Company and Oxfam projects. She was also New Business Director during a strong growth period for the agency and Management Supervisor on Procter & Gamble, Disney, Kraft General Foods, Cadbury, Perrier, Express Newspapers and Sanyo. Pam left Leo Burnett in 1993 to become Director of Marketing (Europe), for The Hertz Corporation, managing Hertz car rental marketing over 9 countries including TV, Press, posters, airport advertising and all printed marketing materials including brochures and point of sale in the rental retail units.

There are many different templates and formats for a Business Plan, but the basic information that is required is the same. We work with and can provide clients with a PDF template format that covers each key area and explains a little about what needs to go into each section, from the specific viewpoint of a business plan that is aimed at raising funding, even if just a few thousand pounds overdraft from your bank manager. If you need help with writing your business plan, you can send Caspia some basic details and one of our experts will contact you to discuss your requirements and answer your questions.

We have a dedicated social media team who generate excellent results for our clients. We use the latest software and best practice to manage entire campaigns for clients with minimum input from client side if required, working across all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, where we can also produce videos. We generate real engagement leading to actual business. Even our smaller clients have a high number of followers (between 3000 and 25,000) plus a strong level of engagement driving real life meetings with the relevant target market prospects.

Caspia works independently and also with selected specialist advertising and media agency partners to develop advertising creative work and plan media campaigns for clients, both for long term clients we have worked with for many years and also on a project basis. We work across all marketing channels including TV, video and webcasts, radio, print, posters, social media and digital, including apps and mobile. Also, we develop and print collateral materials including stationery, business cards, promotional leaflets, and also bespoke promotional materials including branded workwear.

In terms of PR we have a dedicated team who not only work with clients to build the profile of their business but also to build personal profiles for individuals. Read our PR and Media Coverage Case Study Blog here. PR can however be a slow burn and relatively expensive marketing channel in terms of return on investment, which is why we have created a special programme for start-ups, charities and SME clients called "Pay As You Go" (PAYG) PR. It is often the case that organisations are not in a position or are unwilling to invest the level of marketing budget often required for PR with no guarantee of coverage, yet may still offer an interesting PR story.

Caspia works with start-ups and early stage companies as well as fast growth and mature businesses. We have extensive experience in branding from scratch, including name generation workshops; logo development; website look, feel, navigation, useability and build; social media channel branding and identity; newsletters template design; blogs and advertising. We also work with business looking to rebrand, add additional services or sub-brands within an umbrella brand portfolio, or looking for a refresh of an existing brand look and feel.
