  • I would recommend this business

Had a great 1:1 training session with Katharine - she was patient, knowledgeable and fun. I came away feeling empowered - just got to put it all into practice now. If you are looking for industry savvy and honest advice, then you have come to the right place.

  • I would recommend this business

I initially contacted them (and many other companies) about managing my social media. Kate emailed me straight back and was honest and up front about what my budget could achieve. Instead of making false promises and just taking my money anyway, knowing it wouldn't really achieve anything, she offered me a personal coaching session to help me manage my own social media. I'm so grateful to Kate, I feel like she really stepped in and saved me from getting ripped off. I now feel confident and very excited about managing my own media and building up my new business and can't wait get started.

From Our Website

You might be an SME, Sole Trader, Charity, Corporate or Local Authority {see who we've worked with in the past}. If you're looking to demystify Social Media, understand how it could help you (and where it can't), or get some private training which is tailored to your exact needs right now, you're in the right place. If you've dabbled with a digital agency in the past, you'll see the difference from your very first conversation with us. We don't do jargon, smoke and mirrors, or hype, and we actively welcome a skeptical approach to "how all this is going to work"!

A personal discussion is the best way for you to check out whether you like our approach. We encourage anyone wondering about social media training, consultancy or outsourcing for their organisation, whether you're total beginners or experienced marketers, to get in touch for a chat. Kate has over fifteen years' commercial and management experience in sales & marketing. Her past career included working with large FMCG firms like L'Oreal and Diageo, a spell with one of the first Internet Service Providers dedicated to business use of the internet, and working for Cable & Wireless on their Internet-based products.

We've written before about the benefits of business blogs, and why we're big fans of getting a blog properly integrated into your website.

At any one time, we have a handful of managed service customers, where we take care of their social media presence as part of their team. Firstly, because we need to be "in the mindset" of representing each organisation authentically, and that's impossible to do if we're switching between dozens of businesses every day. Secondly, because we believe that most of the time, the people best placed to do a great job of social media are within the company - particularly if it's very small. So where we take on management clients, it's often with a view to them taking over for themselves in the longer term.
