Walked in around 9 am 3-22-22 to service desk to check the balance on a gift hard was very nice person and even said good morning with a smile nice clean store very little cat food on shelves otherwise was friendly and helpful staff will return and will recommend this store

Seems like no one working when you call over there. Dont matter if you chose customer service or electronics the phone rings till it disconnects. Spent over $200 just for me to get home and not have major or my items.

There's not much issues with the items/services themselves but Target please add more security to this place and have someone watch those teenagers who always stroll around and randomly prank/attack other customers. My family and I have encountered multiple times where some kids throw stuff at us or into our cart and incessantly follow us around. We had to inform an employee once and she told the boys who were bothering us to leave but then of course they came back a few minutes later.

Now we avoid shopping at this location and prepare to call the police if we encounter this situation again at this Target. Parents who leave and let their unmannered kids here, please - send them to after school program or something. They obviously need help.

Target itself is fine, but the Starbucks portion has the most disrespectful workers. In line, I witnessed one of the younger female employees with longer hair started scoffing and rolling her eyes at a disabled man trying to order a drink. She messed up his order and ignored his request to remake it. And she continued to add rude remarks and kept laughing to herself, presumably about the man. Luckily, I was able to be served by another staff member, as she stood there and watched me order.

Not only this, but she continued to cause issues for the rest of the staff working. Please handle your disrespectful workers. (Edit: I returned and her name is Cassandra.) avoid her taking your order!

Not one to leave reviews but Shomara just rang me out and was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Not sure what her problem was but she didn't say one word and rolled her eyes when I asked if I swiped the gift card myself.yikes. Needs better training not a pleasant experience.

I shop at Target on average twice a week and certainly have good things to say; however, I have never felt compelled to leave a review. Nick left an impression on me that I can't say I have experienced in some time. He asked several genuinely friendly open-ended questions and explained the benefits of 1% cashback on the app; something I knew nothing about. It did not come across as having a personal incentive, but just genuinely helping a customer.

Do not get drive up service there. apparently it doesn't matter if i take my time to order my items so they can be ready when I get out of work and drive 30 minutes since the staff here can just not Pay attention to what they are doing and put your stuff in someone else's car and not even apologize when you have to drive back 30 minutes and defeat the purpose of having things ready. If you have to order ahead, go inside and pick up your items and don't let them tell you it's all in the same bag

If I could give 100 Stars I totally would! I was having a rough day until I came to Target in Braintree. I travel all over the state for work and I've been to many different targets and spoken to many different employees at the customer service desk who for the most part have been nice, but the three ladies at the Braintree location are hands down some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to speak with.

I've been looking for something for my daughter's for Easter for weeks and I was speaking to them about it and they went out of their way to help me find those items. I came in 5 minutes before closing which I felt terrible about but they stayed 20 minutes past the store closing to help me out. I can't say how thankful I am to them and can't wait to see my kids faces on Easter day when they open the presents.

If any management reads this I'm sure you already know but you are so lucky to have such kind, caring, considerate and understanding people working for you. I can't thank them enough with helping me out and I hope they know how happy they made me! Thank you again Advichil, Karen and Sandra!

Had not shopped at this Target in about 7-8 months. My husband & I were very impressed with the cleaning procedures in place during the current pandemic. Also all the employees were courteous and helpful. We found all the products we needed at good prices. We will be shopping here regularly in the future. T y

Great location in midst of top shelf clothing, appliance, jewelry stores and last but not least fine restaurants
