My Apple Watch glass broke on the back! Called apple and they said to take it to apple store to repair it! I go to the apple store and they don't even look at the watch and say it has to be replaced. The rep says they don't fix watches. When I called apple support again they want me to go to another location or send the watch in to determine if it can be repaired!

I asked about the cost and if it can't be repaired then what! Apple said I might as well buy a new watch no warrant on device only software. I only had the watch for 4 months! Smh the worst experience ever how can you determine if it can be repaired or not if you don't even look at it!

This isn't apple or Verizon this is a scam number set up to try and rip you off. Don't give them any of your personal information. In fact only call this number to take it out on a group of scammers

I like Apple electronic products such as iPhone and iPad. It is very convenient for me to contact with other people or study in my life. However, I deem that Apple company should manufacture some old cellphones that do not need network function and it just has sent messages, communications and hand writing functions in order that some older people or who doesn't like to use internet.

I ever heard that some older people could not buy old cellphones now and they also don't need to use internet. I wish that Apple company can manufacture some old cellphones for the minority of population. I deem this is a charitable event to care for older people.

Big shame on apple. Slowed down older iPhones to encourage me to buy a new one. Pathetic. I paid my hard earned money to buy your phones trusting I can use them for longer times and this is the fraud going on.

Dear Apple head who gave you an idea of designing iphone xs series should read this please. I do have good experience on using multiple mobiles like windows and android and ios. I'm the big fan of apple iphones(after start using using iphone 4s/5s/6s plus)but after buying iphone xs made me to write bad review on apple product. 1. Iphone xs battery draining so fast compared to previous models. 2.

The internet connectivity issue is so much because the phone wifi is not automatically connecting. It is always disconnecting from wifi and connecting its self to cellular(LTE).all the time i have to connect to the wifi manually which makes no sense at all using the iphone.these days normal mobile phones connectivity is good compare to iphone. Note:my home wifi is stable & i'm also using iphone 6s plus which is working properly and it always connects to wifi when any previous connected wifi is in the list.whats the point of buying expensive phones with poor connectivity option. 3.

The face recognisation is not a proper idea to unlock the phone and also for secure storage data and also for login into the bank accounts. Because when one of my friend used my phone and it gave him access with his face recognisation and it got unlocked.how come both face textures will be same.if both people having the beard means having the same face?

If some one found my phone and tried to unlock the phone who is the responsible for my privacy and security of my data. By the way samsung should say thanks to the apple for forcing apple customers to use samsung phones

Apple is fantastic, Apple is creativity. No fear, Apple will go up, after all Apple produces the best computers in the world. If you have Apple shares do not sell them, hold on.!
