Just a really poor company to work for. Minimum wage, minimum holidays. Another British blue chip company which don't care at all about people, including those who are bilingual and speak languages. Maybe a job for a student who needs a bit of extra money, but very poor working conditions and poor management. Oh and by the way, the 5 star reviews on here are fake. When you've been an employee there, you can just tell.!

Really Bad management style but some good eggs as usual worst thing is they don't have an understanding for people with mental health problems and ironically work with the NHS. Otherwise overtime and work hours were completely fine except reliability wasn't there's as they would tell everyone to log off early on Sundays when services weren't receiving high calls. And barely paid incentives on overtime shifts unless they had absolutely nobody.

They simply don't care about you. I was harassed by one of the management team over an emoji on teams. They treat the agents badly with no respect and no say in anything. Anything they don't like they'll delete. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near this place. Appalled at how I was treated and belittled. Never expect them to email you back when it's something you want.
But when you're a minute late they'll start running you down from all directions. Inhuman behaviour. I request a shift swap and management confirmed it with me. When it comes to the day I was supposed to work I get an unauthorised absent. And the day I try to log in I get attacked for logging in without asking.

Critical: Professionalism These 5 star reviews are all fake. The office training was rushed and the zero support when working for home was non existent. Management or analyst will email you with threats you are over you break times or you've not taken a call when you've been at your laptop constantly. Bullying and lies tactic to get you to leave to the job

Worked for the company for couple of months very TOXIC place, the operations and assistant management force new managers out of their job by conspiring and covering up each others mistakes and blaming it on the managers! lot of discrimination in the work place! I do not wish this kind of experience on anyone else. its really sad to see fake feedback of *Excellent rating* from management team so that they can get their incentives!

My experience at ANT marketing has been nothing but positive! I started as call handler and due to the amazing progression opportunities I have moved into a managerial role. I have only recently started at Ant Marketing but I am enjoying my time here so far! Everyone is really friendly and is there to help you if needed which makes it is a nice, positive environment to work in. The location is also accessible and has on-site parking which is a bonus with it being so near the city centre. I feel there is a good work-life balance here as well!
