Every now and then, you leave a five-star review because you’ve had a good experience, but this time, I genuinely cannot fault Richard and the entire team at Arkin Digital for the incredible work they have done on our website.
I first reached out to Richard a few years ago after an awful experience with another company that cost me a significant amount of money and ultimately that company went bust for obvious reasons. That experience was one of the worst I have ever had in any profession, especially in an industry where the consumer often has little knowledge and limited ability to research effectively. It left me feeling completely helpless.
However, Richard stepped in and, for a small charge, did what he could to improve my existing website. Even though the previous site never reflected the value I had paid, his help at that time gave us the ability to continue growing our business. When we were finally in a position to invest in a new website, we had no doubt about who we wanted to work with.
From start to finish, Richard has been exceptional. He reassured us throughout the process and helped craft a website that I could not be happier with. In fact, I feel the complete opposite of how I did with my previous website. I now feel like I should have paid far more than I actually did. The entire project took around six months, with countless back-and-forth discussions, yet not once did he complain or come across as frustrated. He was always patient, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to get things just right.

I wasn’t have much luck finding an SEO specialist who was honest, upfront and willing to put the hard work, time and effort in to my website to help me achieve a high organic listing. Then I met Richard and Lucas at Arken Digital. Their subject knowledge is incredible. Admittedly most of which went over and above my head but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Arken Digital again. What they don’t know about SEO really isn’t worth knowing. Nothing but very good comments about this company.

I would highly recommend Rich of Arken Marketing. He is an exceptional website designer. He has an excellent ability to effectively listen and to proceed with each task at hand, both large and small, and with great patience I might add as I'm not the best with anything technical. Rich always answered emails promptly and because I was very busy Monday to Saturday most of my emails were over weekend, he listened to what my vision of what I wanted was and then went and excelled that.
Some of my questions and queries were probably borderline daft but he always went above and beyond to answer them professionally and in terms I understood. He is very easy to work with and excels in his field of expertise, highly recommended for a great job done.
