Services
I specialise in offering sound business advice to mail order, e-commerce and multi-channel companies. Whether you're a start-up or a multi-million pound company the consultancy I offer can help you make your business more profitable. Consultants are often called in when something has gone terribly wrong and the company is looking for answers.
I started my catalogue career back in the early 1980s. I started out as a brand manager for a single catalogue and based on the success of that one ended up with responsibility for the marketing of around 20 catalogue brands. Since that time I have worked with catalogue companies without interruption both as a client and as a catalogue consultant.
These days having a catalogue is not the only way of dealing direct with your customers. The advent, expansion and maturing of the internet has totally transformed the business we work in. Every single catalogue company I am aware of now has a website. So now I am no longer just a catalogue consultant.
Contact the Direct Commerce Association to book. I can tailor a course to suit the needs of your company and staff. See how to go about this and a subject list for completely bespoke Mail Order and Multichannel training. Econsultancy Reddit's announcement via its blog, writes @rainbowbex, was more suited in content and tone to a media or marketin. I talked to @rainbowbex and @Eco. Econsultancy FAQs disguised as chatbots a 'hollow interpretation of personalised service'.
