These guys are amazing! One of my dogs was extremely aggressive towards other dogs where every walk was a constant stress and I was in constant pain from my shoulder being pulled. After Dee shared her wealth of knowledge and experience, he is like a different dog! She really explained the issues to me in a way I could understand and I adore that all their training is based on positive reinforcement.

We have just completed a 4 week personal training course in our house with professional trainer, Shelley. She is amazing and really helped us with a training plan for our new puppy, Billy. She displayed a genuine interest in making sure we, as well as Billy are on the right track, and even emailed follow up notes. We found Positive Response to be a very professional organisation and happy to write this endorsement for them.

We have completed all ages part 1 and 2 so far now. We have been extremely happy with the level of support and guidance we've received with positive training for our puppy. He has also enjoyed the sessions. We bought the bundle so will be booking in for part 3 as well, and the part 4 social also looks really good. Even though our little guy goes everywhere with us, knowing what, how and when to do the right and best things for him has been amazing.

We've already recommended posit e response to people we know, and will continue to do so as they really are great with helping set our puppy (and us) up in a positive and happy way. I also have chronic back pain, so hubby did part 1, but I really wanted to try to do part 2 with our guy, and Sandi our trainer made sure I was always as comfortable as I could be and helped with training him while being cautious of my back. Positive Response is wonderful! Dee Scott is very patient with all of her clients and dogs. Whenever Lilly see's Dee coming she comes to attention right away as if to think "oh okay we're training, time to work". All of the trainers I have dealt with have been very supportive and lovely. It's been a long haul with training but we have thoroughly loved and enjoyed the journey with Positive Response.

We have had a fantastic experience with these guys for training our little sausage dog, Honey. She has grown and developed already so much over the past four weeks, learning great habits which will last her lifetime. Lauren is a fantastic trainer - very personable and knows her stuff. We look forward to coming back for more training in the new year.

Thornlands trainers who taught my son's dog during her part 1 & 2 training made us all feel so welcome as well as taking a genuine interest in her training journey incl outside of classes. The trainer's knowledge was exceptional & were all so friendly, positive & encouraging to both the pets and owners alike. We look forward to her continued training for part 3 & beyond.

Dee and the team were really great in helping us with our little puppy. She had a lot of behavioural issues but they were always helpful and willing to try many different ways to work with her. We would recommend Dee and her team of trainers to anyone who wants training for their dog as well as learning more about your dog and its personality. Great service and friendly people!

Dee and her team are all excellent. My dogs have both completed all their courses and they are just lovely dogs, thanks to the help we received. Dee and her team are always available to answer any questions and assist with any problems you may be having. I also really like it that the courses were a lot of fun for both me and the dogs and we looked forward to coming back the next week.

Even after completing some of the courses and when your dogs are trained quite well, they then offer Canine Lifestyle Classes for those that want to continue on with some further training. The breeder recommended Dee to me when I got my first dog and I am very grateful that they did. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.they really care about your dogs.
