Paid to have some leaflets delivered and then had to cancel. Cancelled less than 24 hours later and was charged 25%. If you want money off your credit card, they paid funds back into the bank account instead of back on the card

We have asked for our leaflets to be distributed by DLM for two years, now. The help and support we receive is second to none. Everything works like clockworks. Efficient and supportive in every way possible.

Avoid! Scam I spent 2k with them to leaflet in nearby towns. What they did is leafleted some very small parts of town and then got their separate "independent" checkers to check the small amount of roads they actually did. Unsurprisingly we acquired some customers in those locations but NONE anywhere else. I complained and they said that their sampling was random, which it blatantly isn't.

Shocking company, do not use! They take your money then don't deliver despite having PROOF they never delivered. Conmen with no guilt at all and throw your hard earned money in the bin.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid this company 800 to deliver my businesses leaflets and none of it has been distributed. I have contacted them several times and they claim they have yet not a single one of my customers has received anything. After asking they gave street names of the roads they delivered to, yet after enquiring those customers they have denied receiving anything. Avoid this total scam!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. We paid for 5,000 leaflets in our local area but 8/10 customers who attended our shop stated they have not received one. On the call backs we received 50% confirmation, which DLM seem to feel is satisfactory with!? We saw 3 people out on the delivery day although they told us it was a team of 20 ( seems like a lie as this would equate to a payment of 10 or so to each person, when it was a single drop job) It feels like we have been sold a lie the whole way through.

They don't advertise a 50% delivery rate but that is what you will get. Have offered them to stop by for 50% of anything we sell, but obviously at full price. Seems fair to me

I needed 4,000 leaflets distributed in a specific area within a short time frame and this was achieved. They have great customer service and always happy to give you updates to your order. One drawback to think off beforehand is you would need to get your order to them in Birmingham.

DISAPPOINTED! AVOID! Wish I had read the reviews before using this service. Myself and my business partners are very disappointed. Most reviews with one star got very similar stories, which makes me question the 5 star reviews are fake reviews. Spent 2600 for distribution of 33,000 leaflets throughout Edinburgh. Not a single business enquiry I've received, not a single person that I know that stays in the post codes provided received my leaflet.

The customer service was ok throughout, which I mentioned to lots of my friends as they needed someone reliable to distribute their leaflets but from my experience I will make sure non of them will go ahead with their enquiries. I have went ahead with another company, which only started my distribution only 1 day ago and the response I'm getting from the leaflets is amazing which I can prove by the amount of email enquiries.

Before I leave this review I do want to say that the staff were responsive and courteous. This was my first experience of using the company with the intention of using them nationwide. That won't be happening now. Be very aware that they will hide behind Ts & Cs that do nothing other than give them an excuse to say why your deliveries might not have happened.

I personally done checks in the area we wanted distribution in to. I check with 12 friend and family.not a single one received a copy of the booklet. Even their own independent back checks company only got 11 our of 23 yes's? If that kind of yield is accepted even if you disregard my own checks then by all means use them. Personally you would be better off paying a few students locally or a retiree that would welcome the exercise and do over a longer period with your own checks.

This company look very professional and to be fair they are priced competitively but I guess you get what you pay for. Although in this case I don't even think I got that. Tried very hard to reason with them to get them to possibly address what is clearly an issue with their local team but all I got was fobbed off with Ts & Cs. Very Very disappointing. I used this company for distribution of 'missing' flyers when my pet went missing. A time critical drop. The staff at the office seemed helpful at first but the quality of the distribution was very poor. Many roads were missed. I conducted my own research (the day after completion) to make sure my delivery took place and found that many key roads (at least 17 roads and more being found out each day) on the plan were not delivered to or were only sparsely delivered to.

Even my own home and my neighbours didn't get one and we were on the plan. The many people I asked were insistent they did not receive the leaflet and I 100% believe them. It's not the type of flyer that people generally wouldn't look at or remember. DLM were very dismissive of my complaints and try to back up their delivery with flimsy 'evidence', which only proves that 43% of the people they sampled did receive the delivery.

And they think this is acceptable. Of course they are still insistent that the others did receive the flyer but they cannot prove this. I've since flyered some of those roads myself and with volunteers and have had callbacks and possible sightings from them as a result of this. I do know that if my pet was trapped in any of the sheds of the roads they missed, she'd likely be dead now.

No refunds, no offers to put things right and they keep fobbing me off with this 7 day period I had to raise a complaint. They also kept saying that my delivery was only to cover part of the area, yes I know, I have the plan and the roads I have pointed out were on the plan! Please don't treat your customers like idiots! No wonder they won't let you pay by card or PayPal. GPS tracking was not offered to me as an option either.

A heartbroken pet owner kicked in the teeth further by a rubbish company who have no interest once they've got your money. Read the several similar experiences below and AVOID.

Didn't deliver my leaflets. Nobody I know living in the area has received one. They must be in a bin somewhere. When I complained about the zero recall rate among my friends, family and customers living in the delivery area DML kept parroting that their independent back checking company had a 40% recall rate which was an acceptable industry standard.

I initially complained by email to Rachel and she fed me standard lines about leaflets not being addressed items, being unexpected and getting misplaced. This might be true for random people but not friends who are told to look out for the item. I was told to put my complaint in writing to Laura, Rachel's manager from which I deduce no one could be bothered to call me.

I haven't received a written reply. The email exchange goes on with Kirstie writing" it is outlined in our T&Cs that we cannot guarantee 100% coverage" and '' I would confirm that we have fulfilled our contractual obligations in line with our terms and conditions." and " While I understand your dissatisfaction from your own surveying, we have to stand by the results of the independent auditing".

I don't believe their independent auditing. I don't expect 100% coverage but I don't even have 10%! Once I had complained, DML said they had 200 leaflets left over from the drop and they would cover those missed but this doesn't begin to cover the whole area of missing addresses. It is too little too late. I see DML's reply to other customers who have not had their deliveries is " We always endeavour to ensure satisfaction to our clients whenever possible. " I absolutely refute that as I feel they have made minimum effort to ensure my satisfaction. They have failed to deliver leaflets and they have failed to deal with my complaint satisfactorily.

November 2020 VERY DISAPPOINTED Cannot rate them any stars- very very disappointed. I am having to do all the work checking the deliveries, not one road Iv phoned confirms they have received including myself and 5 employees that live in the area. They cant even prove they printed the flyer and show me one. The report they give only is a test of 13 out of 314 roads in the area and I am disputing the report and they just say nothing they can do.

I have emailed Laura and Peter who were in touch initially and asked several times a day to be contacted to resolve this issue. No one has called. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

We required a reliable company to deliver thousands of leaflets per month for several of our valued clients. The company that stood head and shoulders above the rest was DLM. They surpassed all expectations. We have continued to use their services for new clients. The staff are polite and extremely helpful, delivering results instantly. A faultless team who I would highly recommend to anyone.
