Beautiful campus and nice to talk a small walk~ FAQs: Where do I find my registration date and time? Personalized registration dates are available to view on the Student Service Centre (SSC), typically around a month prior to your registration opening. Sign into the SSC, hover over the Registration tab, then select 'Registration' to determine your registration date.

For a rough idea of when you will be registering for courses you can check registration dates. What is a 'blocked' course? The faculty has chosen to block the course from registration once it filled and will now manage the wait-list accordingly. If the course is blocked with a wait-list, sign up for the wait-list. If the course is blocked with no wait-list available, read the Section Comments to find out more specific information.

If no information is available under the Section Comments, you are welcome to contact the specific unit offering the course to find out more registration details. What is a 'restricted' course? Some faculties choose to restrict who can register in their course(s). A course can be restricted by year level (year >= 3), degree program (BMGT-O), specialization/major (MAJ PSYO), or a combination of these options (year >=2, MAJ PSYO). How the course is restricted will be listed below the seat summary in the course schedule. If you meet the restrictions you will be able to register in the course.

Parking is a problem in UBC. I walk 20 minutes from two hour to get to the hospital even Sunday and past reasonable visiting times?

No idea about the education, but the campus was pretty nice and clean.

Was it a clean school? Yeah. Was it a safe school? Relatively (there was a big problem in 2014-15 if I remember correctly). I will say, this school is for a certain type of person. If you have the means to face struggles after graduation, it's going to be fine. You're not exactly going to see support after graduation. Also, this is a lefty school and has been one historically.

You're going to face some awkward topics in group settings. You're going to appreciate the materials in the short term but if you step away and look at the big picture, you're going to understand what its supporting -- and it might be for you. or not. Just trust me.

I have had the privilege of visiting the majority of the universities in Canada for work and I must say that you will be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful campus than this. Giant redwood forests, beaches, mountains, modern up-to-date buildings, world-class sports stadiums and Art facilities, and a new student union building are just a few of the reasons that this is one of the best university campuses in the world!

GORGEOUS campus, absolutely stunning. As for attending? Not great.very disorganized and you'll be met with obstacles at every turn. You'll have to chase down services like getting a student card, getting help from the centre of accessibility, etc. And the student counselling? Oof, don't bother. Probably the worst university experience I've ever had. And so so EXPENSIVE.

The best university in the world. Decrease the tuition fee and I'll give you 5 star.

A great Campus, where both students and visitors can enjoy a touch of real Canadian architecture and design. A must place you cannot miss when you are in Vancouver.
