Impact Handling is the UK's distributor of Cat lift trucks and warehouse equipment. In 2011, gu9creative were briefed to provide a website to generate sales leads and to promote Impact's range of products and supporting services. There is also a secure Client log-in area for account specific details and restricted content.
After winning a three way pitch, we were commissioned to carry out the front end design and create HTML/CSS for a large travel website with complex search for our client, Your Holidays. The site design needed particular attention paid to the site architecture and user journey (UX) to ensure that visitors could easily search for flights, hotels or package deals and special offers.
Our brief is to ensure that the product collateral and brand messages are presented in a consistent and powerful way. We also support the dealer network with marketing collateral that promotes high brand awareness and lead generation. We deliver a turnkey service, including copywriting, design, project management and preparation in other languages across Europe, The Middle East and Africa. I have worked with gu9creative on developing and setting the strategy for the internet site and 'dealer support' site for Cat Lift Trucks.
Mazak asked us to create a Product App for ipads which would demonstrate new and key products in their range, highlighting main features. We developed the App in two phases, the first phase was used at EMO and the second launched at the end of September in the App store as a free download. The latter demonstrates the main features of 22 products in the Mazak range.
