We've used Answer My Phone (the inbound sister service of The Appointment Factory) for about two yeas now. I spoke to Delyth originally with the plan of trialling half a dozen inbound services, using the free month, and deciding a few months down the line which was best - but as phone answering goes, these guys blew any service I'd previously used out of the water.
The USPs: It doesn't sound like a call centre The ladies & Adrian sound like they're part of the business They've grown to know our business, grown to know the type of calls we're not going to take, and have become great gatekeepers for us. When we started using AMP, they were taking overflow for us, and now the reality is they pick up 90% of calls during office hours, leaving myself and my colleague to actually go about running the business, only taking calls that help us do that. Thanks all. Here's to another couple of years.
