This option is offered on a 24 month contract with a support fee of 16.25 inc vat for the month, if the amount processed in the calendar month is below 900. The support fee is only payable if you process less than 900 in that calendar month.
Taxi Rental

Our rental fleet of London Licensed Taxis is mainly comprised of LEVC TXE, Mercedes Vito Euro 6, and a limited amount of TX4 and EU5 Vito. All our London Licensed Taxis are black (black cabs) and have no adverts or advertising screens. Each black cab is fitted with a Cabvision payment system and supplied with one of our own taxi meters.

I used cab vision's taxi. It was really terrible experience. They charged me 110 pound from heathrow terminal 5 to reading. I felt like it was really unfair and I asked the other person who was arranging taxi for people there, He said it's 112 pound. it is looting the people who are desperate there to find taxi to go home. for everyone who are using it. first please compare online

I really don't know what went wrong with Cabvision but since the pandemic things have gone from bad to worse. Don't get me wrong, the staff are brilliant, helpful & friendly, the rates are great but someone is making the decision to supply useless card machines that are constantly failing. I've lost count of how many times I've had the system replaced in the last few months & with no plans to open Heathrow again this is a huge inconvenience to keep battling my way across London.

They gave us the impression it would just be a short ride and that I'd practically be doing them a favour by taking them back to the airport and then charged me 18 for a 10 minute journey. Daylight robbery. They even spend the whole journey telling me how much different journeys around Heathrow take, clearly to justify their extortionate costs. I recommend taking the bus from Bath Road and then a shuttle bus. It will cost you next to nothing and probably not even take much longer.

I use Cabvision's credit card system. It's easy, cost effective and my customers use it with ease! No faffing about pressing lots of keys to get processed. Clear instructions on the machine and only prints a customer receipt if they want one. Brilliant!

I left my rucksack in one of your cabs. I called the office immediately and they told me the driver's phone was unreachable. 20 hours later, they got hold of him and he said my bag was not in his cab anymore! it had been stolen. Hugely inefficient and very disappointing. Will use UBER next time!

Picked a cab up from Marylebone train station asked the driver to take me too Hounslow and could he give me a rough estimate so I gave him the post code he said 40-45 so I took it when we arrived it was 60 which I was not happy with so he said ill knock 5 Off. got an uber the next day same destination 35 why would any one in there right mind use these ripp off merchants.never again cab vision!

Driver charged me false fees: On Nov. 21, driver number 54889 picked me up from the airport. When he learned my destination was an airport hotel about 5 minutes away, he spent the entire ride complaining about the short distance, how he waited for 4 hours at the airport only to get a short ride. I found his complaining to me, the passenger, about the ride I was paying him for, to be completely unprofessional.

On top of this, when I told him I planned to pay by credit card, he lied and told me there was an additional 3 pound credit card fee (on top of the ride itself and 2.80 pound airport fee). I contacted the company Cabvision and received confirmation there is NO such credit card fee. In other words, driver number 54889 lied and fabricated this false charge to line his own pockets. I have complained to Cabvision and am waiting to hear a response.
