Basically we are good at what we do which is finding new business opportunities for our clients! We've been booking quality appointments for our clients since 1999, increasing their profit margins and enabling their businesses to grow. By providing nothing but an honest, straight forward approach to all telephone based requirements we have built a fantastic reputation amongst our clients and the majority of our new business comes from recommendation.We take a proactive approach to everything we do and this is reflected in the quality of our work, forging close, long-term partnerships with our clients.
I started to work at The Resource Centre for my university placement year in 1996 and I haven't left! My role involves management of. My background was in Accounts. I have a Business Development and Customer Service background and have worked with and have worked with large and small companies. We have been working with the Resource Centre for 6 years with very positive results.
Each project/campaign needs to be worked for a trial period (usually between one and three months) in order to build up momentum. After that however we work on a monthly rolling contract with either side giving the other a month's notice in writing. We are highly motivated. Not all days are good and for in-house staff working alone this can often prove demoralising.
Sales people need appointments and here at The Resource Centre we understand that it can be difficult to juggle the time between phone calls, research, net-working and selling; this is why we offer a service to simplify the process. Now you don't need to have to worry about all that telephoning, all that rejection, planning and organisation; we do it for you.

This company has called me several times now. They want to offer me copywriting services for my business, but had they done the "market research" they claim to be so good at, they'd know that's a core part of my SEO, Digital Marketing & Consultancy offering to my own clients. Their company name sounds like they are independent, or like a government led initiative - but don't be fooled - these are just petsistent telemarketers.

Cold-calling is one of my least-favourite tasks, so I was delighted to be able to pass it over to the Resource Centre. Having known Sue for several years, I was confident she'd do a great job, and sure enough her people have persisted. I already have one definite appointment, with several others in the process of being arranged. This has all been for a very modest price. I'd definitely recommend The Resource Centre's services to anyone wanting to expand their contacts.
