I Force Ltd For 20 years we've been working behind the scenes to help clients make the most of multi-channel retail. For over 20 years, iForce have been entrusted by some of the UK's biggest brand names to help them maximise the potential of multi-channel retailing through our supply chain and retail logistics services. We have continued to invest significantly in our software and operational capability as the demands of modern commerce have grown. Today we support some of the UK's biggest brands in finding solutions to their increasingly complex supply chain management problems.
Services
Long before the world realised the potential the internet could play in modern-day retail, iForce was formed. Working alongside enterprising retailers like John Lewis, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Screwfix and Waitrose, iForce has an unrivalled track record in developing new ways for these retailers to satisfy the growing expectations of their multichannel shoppers.
Our leading multichannel order fulfilment and warehouse management service, delivered through our SMART software. Working out of either one of our own sites or out of a client's site, we design a software and operational solution in conjunction with the client and their specific sector requirements that encompasses product receipt, storage and order pick and pack.
Growth in online retail demonstrates the consumer's appetite for modern day shopping - and although the High Street has great strengths that shoppers welcome, online retail is clearly here to stay. We know that maximising value recovery from customer returns is more important than ever if cross-channel investments are to deliver a return for brands operating online.
Our dynamic and comprehensive carriage management service, powered by our Route Genie software. Launched in 2015 iForce Pathfinder is a technology-driven, innovative carrier management service. We offer a full management service that encompasses; carrier selection, price negotiation, day to day management of carriers and the service levels that they are providing down to individual customer and parcel level.

It's a great place for work over Christmas. Busy as usual and now in lockdown again. Masks need to be worn as Covid-19 is still on the rise and we all need protection.
